Effective December 1, 2013
When you visit a secure area on our website, such as PCU Online Banking, you will be asked to provide your account number and password, and you will also be required to answer additional security questions. This enables the credit union to securely regulate entry into your personal financial information. However, you must ensure that your account number and password are safeguarded against unauthorized use. We strongly recommend you do not share your account number or password with anyone.
Personal information contained in email sent by members and non-members may be used by the credit union to answer questions, to follow up on suggestions or to improve the level of service we provide. Please be advised however, that due to the technical design of the Internet, email messages you send may not be secure against interception during transit by unauthorized individuals outside of the credit union. Therefore, you may wish to communicate sensitive or personal information by regular mail, telephone or in person by visiting one of our offices.
If you follow a link to another website from any of our web site pages, you are leaving our site and we cannot be held responsible for any information that may be gathered at a linked site. Although we make efforts to ensure that linked sites have proper privacy protections, this cannot be guaranteed.
