This FREE service allows you to deposit checks online 24/7 and then mail them to PCU. Funds are immediately available up to a designated dollar amount (which will be provided when you enroll), so you don’t have to put your life on hold while you wait for deposits to clear.

Once enrolled, you can make single or multiple deposits by entering your check information on our secure website. You will then print a confirmation letter and mail it to PCU with your checks. It’s that easy!
How do I sign-up?
If you already use PC ACCE$$ Online Banking, enrolling is easy - sign into PC ACCE$$ and click “Online Deposits” to get started.
If you’re not signed up for PC ACCE$$, call PCU at 651-770-7000 or 800-247-0857 to request a password be mailed to you. PC ACCE$$ is free and allows you to conduct a variety of transactions online.
How do I know if I qualify?
If you are not qualified for Online Deposits, you will be notified when you attempt to enroll online. You need an active PCU checking account to sign up for this service.
Business members – you must call PCU to find out if you qualify for Online Deposits. Call the Business Services department at 651-747-8900 or email BusinessServices@postalcu.org during normal business hours.
