Bill Pay
With your credit unions Bill Pay service through PC ACCE$$ Online Banking, you can pay your bills conveniently with the click of a mouse. It provides the flexibility of choosing one-time, manual, or automatic payments and the payment is withdrawn from the account that you designate. Bill pay is easy to use, confidential, and free! No need to mail your bills again!

PC ACCE$$ Online Banking
This service allows you to retrieve account information online, anytime. It's convenient and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To assure confidentiality and security of your accounts, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) known only to you is required to conduct transactions or obtain information.

For your protection, your credit union uses a technology called "Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption" to secure your online banking sessions. This process safeguards your accounts from possible intruders and ensures that no one has access to your accounts but you and those you authorize. This great service is free!

Here are a few of the key transactions you can conduct from your home or office:

• Download your account history into money management software programs, such as QuickBooks, Quicken, and Microsoft Money Plus
• View your personal and business account balances
• Transfer funds between your accounts and those of another member
• Balance your checkbook and print current statements
• Set up automatic transfers or make CU loan payments manually
• Pay bills with Bill Pay
• Sign up for eStatements (paperless statements)
• Make Online Deposits from the comfort of your home or office

Personal Access Line (PAL)
Personal Access Line (PAL) allows you to access your accounts by phone anytime it's convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To assure confidentiality and security of your accounts, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) number known only to you is required to conduct transactions or obtain information. This service is also free!

Here are some transactions you can perform with PAL:

• Find out the current balance of your accounts
• Transfer money to your account or those of another member
• Make a PCU loan payment or learn when its due
• Obtain the amount of interest you've earned monthly or year-to-date
• Request a withdrawal by check and have it mailed to you
