The scoop on Bill Pay
With Bill Pay, you can pay your bills online at your convenience, from home, work or anywhere you have Internet access. Your payments are sent with a simple click of the mouse. Schedule a payment days or months in advance or make single payments at your convenience. Expedited payment options are also available. 

There's no need to write a check or lick a stamp. Payments are automatically deducted from your account on the date(s) you choose. Bill Pay is easy to use, confidential and cost-effective. View a demo of our Bill Pay system to see just how easy it is! 

How Bill Pay works
Login to PC ACCE$$ Online Banking and click the "Pay Bills" button. The first time you add a payee, it will take 2-8 business days to make a payment. This time is required to establish a relationship with the new payee to assure that your payment is properly routed and credited to your account. Subsequent payments to the payee will take 2-5 days. For a fee, expedited payments can also be made on the same or next business day.

Once the payments have been submitted, funds will be taken from your account on the date you specified. Be sure to have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payments. If you have a form of overdraft protection on your account, your scheduled payments are subject to the same protection, and may be covered if funds are not available.

Prohibited payments
The types of payments you are not allowed to make through Bill Pay are federal, state and local government payments, child support, and collection agency payments. In addition, you cannot make payments to any organizations or individuals outside of the United States.

PCU loan and PCU Visa Credit Card payments should not be made through Bill Pay. These payments can be made quicker and easier using the Transfer function in PC ACCE$$.

Money HQ
PCU's Bill Pay service also includes a product called Money HQ. You can register for Money HQ within the Bill Pay system. Money HQ is a comprehensive financial information and transaction center that allows you to view all of your online accounts on one site. In addition, it gives you the ability to transfer funds, execute payments and more.

This service eliminates the necessity for you to visit multiple online financial sites to view information and make payments. It provides the highest degree of information access, control and convenience. Money HQ's features include:

Bill Pay & Money HQ FAQs

* Once activated, you must use Bill Pay at least once per month or your account will be assessed a $5.00 inactive charge on Simply Free, Choice, Freedom Plus and e-Member Checking, as well as on all Business Checking accounts. The fee is waived on Reward and Prestige Checking accounts. If you choose to activate Money HQ, additional charges may apply.
