How do I get started?
Before logging in, you'll need to sign up for PC ACCE$$ Online Banking. If you haven't already done this, call PCU at 651-770-7000 or 800-247-0857. If you are enrolled in PC ACCE$$, but don't remember your Password, call the credit union to have it reset. For security purposes, your Password will be mailed to the address listed on your account.
Is it safe?
For your protection, PCU uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption to secure your online branching sessions. SSL Encryption turns Internet communication into a string of unrecognizable numbers that can only be decoded by your credit union and your computer. This process ensures that no one has access to your accounts but you and those you authorize.
PCU also instituted Secure Login in January 2007, which is a multi-factor authentication system that makes PC ACCE$$ even more secure. This system requires you to enter additional security information when logging in. Because Secure Login requires you to enter more than a simple User ID and Password, it makes it exponentially more difficult for computer hackers to access your accounts. You can rest assured that your money and financial information is safe.

Can I download my account history?
Yes, PC ACCE$$ gives you the ability to download your account history into money management software programs. To use this feature, you need one of the following programs: Microsoft Money, version 98 or newer; Intuit Quicken 99 or newer; or Excel. Other software programs that support .ofc (Open Financial Connectivity) or .qif (Quicken Interchange Format) import file formats may also work; however, we recommend using the above mentioned programs for optimal use.
To access this feature, log on to PC ACCE$$, click on "Accounts", and then click "View History" of the account(s) you wish to download. A download button will appear at the top of the page. Next, simply click on the button and follow the step-by-step instructions.
